The AUTOart Peugeot 307 WRC (2005) is a highly sought-after 1:32 scale slotcar known for its detailed finish and unique technical features. Unlike many standard slotcars of the time, AUTOart combined diecast-level details with a functional chassis.

Key Specifications & Variants

Model Number: Most famous as Model 13605 (Rallye Monte Carlo 2005, Auto #8 driven by Daniel Carlsson and Mattias Andersson). There are also other livery variants, such as the iconic red #7 Marlboro/Total-style livery and "Plain Body" (without stickers) test versions.

Drive: Equipped with a four-wheel drive (4WD) via an inline engine that transmits the power to both the front and rear axles.

Lighting: Equipped with working headlights and taillights, which was a premium feature at the time.

Chassis & Grip: Equipped with a springy, self-centering guide pin (guide blade) and a built-in magnet (magnatraction) for extra grip on the track.

Driving behaviour and Collector’s value
Although the car looks beautiful, AUTOart slotcars are known in the community as better showcase models than pure racers. Due to the detailed (and heavier) body and the complex 4WD drive, they often drive a bit less smoothly and heavier than purely performance-oriented slotcars from brands such as Scalextric, Slot.it or Ninco.
Because AUTOart stopped producing slotcars years ago, these models have now become rare collectibles.
