A used and rare car from Prefo, a slotcar brand from the former DDR. These models have steering front wheels.
The Prefo Ferrari P5 slotcar (starting number #48) is a classic plastic slotcar from the VEB Prefo Dresden factory in the former GDR (German Democratic Republic), made for the popular electric car racing railway.
Features of the Prefo Ferrari P5
Origin: Produced by VEB Prefo Pressformwerke Dresden in the former GDR around the 70’s/80’s.
Model: Based on the futuristic Ferrari 250 P5 concept car designed by Pininfarina and debuted at the Geneva Motor Show in 1968.
Scale: Usually around 1:32 (suitable for the standard DDR car tracks).
Version with #48: The race versions of Prefo were equipped with different start numbers and in various basic colors (such as red, yellow, blue, white) to get.
