The Auto World Traction "The Dukes of Hazzard" Daisy Duke Plymouth Road Runner (Release 5, No. 29) is a popular and rare collectible within the HO scale (1:64) slotcar world.

Characteristics of this particular edition

Theme: Based on the iconic yellow vehicle with the black stripe in which Daisy Duke drove during the first seasons of The Dukes of Hazzard, before switching to her familiar white Jeep.

Chassis: Built on Auto World's XTraction Ultra G chassis. This type of chassis is known for its better road holding and higher speeds thanks to a built-in magnet (the 'Ultra G' magnet), which ensures excellent grip on HO slot car tracks.

Release details: This model was released as part of Release 5 (Item No. 29).

Version: Auto World released a special "Dirty Version" / "Dirty Dukes" variant under this release. This variant is finished with a weathered 'mud-look' over the yellow paint, inspired by season 2, episode 14 ("The Runaway"), in which the car eventually crashes and explodes from a cliff.

Value and collectibility
Because the Dukes of Hazzard license and the specific releases of Auto World are highly sought after by both slotcar racers and fans of the TV series, this car (especially new in the original packaging or display cube) is a sought-after item on platforms such as eBay and Worthpoint
